7/13/18 - OK - I'm just over a month from last time I wrote here! Getting better! Fourth of July was a blast! Traveled to the Idaho Pan Handle, and if you've never been you have to go! Did I say LAKES! Yes 3 big ones and all within 3 hrs of each other! Spokane is right there as well and if you've never been on HWY 12 from Grangeville to Missoula, well, like I said, you gotta get out there!

Well what a winter! Was having a blast and then was trying to up my game in a PSIA Steeps Clinic and tore my ACL! Augh! Injured 2 seasons in a row! This just isn't good! But as usual, I just get right back up again! Sailing through surgery and recovery! Slamming right into another smashing spring/summer Real Estate season with 5 new contracts! All in my subdivision! Finally doing something in my neighborhood! i was beginning to get a complex! Well, no time like the present to hit it out of the park. These are all lots being developed and resold as beautiful homes in this amazingly friendly neighborhood, by yes me! I'll keep you posted, or if you are curious give me a call. Then i have 3 new listings 2 in Idaho and 1 in WY. Check them out on the listings page! Hares Ear Preserve is on the market for $625K and an incredible deal! I guess that's all for now. 1/4/2018 - Happy New Year! I can't believe It's been over a month since I've said hello! Teaching skiing and Real Estate has kept me very busy! Properties are still hot in Jackson and Idaho! I have my Fall River property that is still a hot item with lots of options including possibly making the whole development available. We now have 17 listings from Dubois WY to Aston ID! On the skiing side - Jackson Hole Mtn Resort has the best snow in the country! 11/21/17 - Hello WINTER! My favorite season in the Tetons! We are getting ready to enjoy Thanksgiving here and we have so many things to be thankful for! Sold 6 properties this year! Nearly 2 Mil in sales, and 1st time over 1 mil! I'm on a roll! Reece Ridge is the feature property this month! Felt property with Teton views and 3.65 Acres! 9/5/17 - Time is flying by! We are almost done with summer! With Labor Day behind us I'm ready to finish my hiking goals and move on to hunting! 2/13/17 - Here we are in the middle of winter, and usually I am slammed with ski clients and juggling real estate in my spare time, or all the time! Bad News - I broke me ankle! Yes, while Jackson Hole Mountain resort was closed due to an extreme winter storm that knocked out 10 power poles and power for 6 days, I had friends in to ski. We went to Grand Targhee where I found an Ice Ball, in a beautiful powder field, by slamming into it with my left ski and broke my tibia in the ankle joint on impact. My ski ejected, and remained on the ice ball that I hit, and that was the big clue as to what I hit! Though my heart is more broken than my foot, I am ready to go full speed ahead into this years Real Estate season and get all ready for many listings and all the buyers I can handle! 8/30/2016 - Howdy! How has the summer been? I've been busy, obviously, since I haven't had a chance to give an update! Well, we stayed out of Jackson for the summer and have been running between the Eastern Yellowstone area, Dubois, Southern, Alpine, and the quiet side of the Tetons in Idaho! I've had lots of action and are still lovin this business! I would love more of my friends to come to me for their real estate needs! I've had some for buyers, but not so many for listings. I would like to get more in Teton Valley ID and Jackson Hole! I have moved to putting advertising on my car instead of an office! I've advertised in Get Out - TVN magazine and Homes & Land! We are also marketing our listings on Horse Click, Horseproperty.net, LandWatch as well as the usual Zillow, TBOR MLS, Trulia and Realtor.com and other sites that we push feeds to through Postlets! Someday I'm going to be so busy I'll need agents working for me. I'm looking into my Broker's license in both states! Hope to have it for next Summer season. Well, that's a pretty good update. Praying the fall stays busy and sends some closed deals! Have a great off-season and See Ya on the Slopes!
